How cancellations and refunds are handled for services arranged by MAUZTRIP GLOBUS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Cancellation requests
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to mauztrip@gmail.com. The date the written request is received is treated as the cancellation date.
Supplier terms apply
Cancellation and refund outcomes are determined primarily by the terms of the airline, hotel, transport operator, insurer or other supplier involved. Non-refundable fares, rates and deposits cannot be recovered.
Cancellation charges

Refund processing

Visa and documentation fees
Embassy, consulate and government fees, and fees already paid to processing channels, are generally non-refundable regardless of the outcome of an application.
